Order Entry Representative, Milwaukee WI

We are currently hiring for a great client of ours looking to add an Order Entry Representative to their team in Milwaukee. This is a direct hire opportunity, within a fun and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data within internal system with 100% accuracy
  • Receive, enter, and process order and invoices
  • Communicate with both internal and external customers and internal departments
  • Help to provide accurate and timely quotes to customers
  • Help to answer incoming phone calls as needed
  • Update customers with the status of their shipment
  • Maintain customer’s accounts within internal system with the most up to date information
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience within similar role
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- must have outstanding phone etiquette
  • Working knowledge and understanding Microsoft Suites, Salesforce and ERP experience is a plus
  • Must have a positive attitude and have a desire to succeed
  • Job Details:

  • Direct Hire
  • Monday- Friday 8-4:30PM
