Order Entry Representative, Milwaukee WI

We are currently hiring for a great client of ours looking to add an Order Entry Representative to their team in Milwaukee. This is a direct hire opportunity, within a fun and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

Enter data within internal system with 100% accuracy

Receive, enter, and process order and invoices

Communicate with both internal and external customers and internal departments

Help to provide accurate and timely quotes to customers

Help to answer incoming phone calls as needed

Update customers with the status of their shipment

Maintain customer’s accounts within internal system with the most up to date information

Requirements:

Previous experience within similar role

Manufacturing experience is a plus

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- must have outstanding phone etiquette

Working knowledge and understanding Microsoft Suites, Salesforce and ERP experience is a plus

Must have a positive attitude and have a desire to succeed

Job Details:

Direct Hire

Monday- Friday 8-4:30PM
