LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist in Minneapolis, MN and surrounding areas for multiple openings. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Job Title: HR Generalist
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager
Compensation will vary upon experience:
Entry Level: $45,000 - $55,000 annual
Mid-Level: $60,000 - $75,000 annual
Senior-Level: Senior $80,000 - $95,000 annual (flexible)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, manage HR databases, and generate reports as needed.
Assist with benefits enrollment, administration, and employee inquiries.
Help develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
