LHH is looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist located in Mira Loma. This position is onsite and temp to hire. We are looking for highly motivated and experiences candidates to immediately hire. Please apply today if you have experience in the responsibilities listed below.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


· High volume outbound Calls to customers to collect payments


· Educate customers on what is needed to clear debt


· Collection calls and/or correspondence with providers to retrieve overpayments


· Provide customer service regarding collection issues to internal/external clients and providers


· Review accounts and process adjustments as necessary


· Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts


· Post accounts receivable in a timely manner using various methods


· Submit required reports to management in a timely manner


· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Required


· Knowledge of billing/collections practices


· ability to handle upset customer calls.


· Ability to work in a high-volume billing environment


· Working knowledge of MS Offices, strong emphasis in Excel


· High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required. AA/AS in related field preferred


Pay and Schedule:


$20/hour


Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
