LHH is seeking an ORDER ENTRY ADMIN for a contract-to-hire position in Houston, TX.

DUTIES:

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships with a wide variety of clients including many Fortune 500 companies.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, instant message, and web-based solutions throughout the entire order to remittance process.
  • Translate the voice of the customer to assist in continually improving customer service levels that exceed customer requirements and expectations.
  • Act as an extension of the branch sales force to support key program initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction standards are met.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis.
  • Secure market-level pricing feedback from customers and provide timely price quotations and/or proposals.
  • Proactively execute customer-specific billing processes to ensure timely receipt of payment.
  • Proactively manage customer open order data to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma
  • Customer-oriented and motivated
  • Proven problem solver with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • SKILLS:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2-3 years of Administrative, Customer Service, or Sales experience
  • Experience in the oil & gas industry REQUIRED
  • Customer service experience in a distribution environment a plus
  • EMPLOYMENT TYPE: contract-to-hire

    COMPENSATION: $18-20/hr DOE

    WORK HOURS: M-F, 8 AM-5 PM
