LHH is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes that ensure both exceptional product functionality and cost efficiency. This hands-on role will collaborate across teams to design fixtures, optimize workflows, and support a culture of safety and quality. The anticipated salary for this role is between $105,000- $135,000 a year.

Responsibilities:

· Model and promote a safe work environment. Prioritize engineering safety into all manufacturing processes.

· Create process routers, detailed manufacturing instructions, test plans, and inspection protocols to deliver high-quality products cost-effectively.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems, close process gaps, and integrate mistake-proofing to prevent defects.

· Analyze, design, and recommend fixtures, processes, and automation solutions—including evaluating new equipment.

· Ensure vendors and subcontractors meet all product specifications. Develop manufacturing requirements and testing procedures and participate in supplier selection.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline related to manufacturing.

· 5–10 years in a manufacturing environment.

· Proficient in ERP systems and project management.

· Skilled in tolerance control, stack-up analysis, GD&T, and understanding machinery and fixturing limitations.

· 3D CAD modeling experience (SolidWorks preferred).

· ERP systems, SolidWorks, Excel, PowerPoint, and technical research tools.

· Prioritize tasks, plan effectively, and deliver results.

· Positive, proactive “can-do” attitude.

· Effective verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus).
