LHH is actively seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager for a consumer services company in the Naperville area. This is a great opportunity with a fast growing, international company, with opportunity for upward movement and career advancement. This is a hybrid opportunity, 1 days in office/4 day WFH, with 25-30% required travel.


The primary responsibilities for this role include

  • Promoting a safety first culture
  • Create and deliver HSE training, including new hire orientation
  • Assist in accident and incident investigation
  • Identify, create and implement new programs, policies and standards
  • Maintain departmental database and required reporting
  • Having a presence on sit with all locations within a given territory
  • Additional duties as needed

  • The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HSE related fields or specialized training/experience in HSE
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver license
  • Available on call 24 hours
  • Must be able to travel 25-40% either by car or plane
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
