HSE Manager

LHH is actively seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager for a consumer services company in the Naperville area. This is a great opportunity with a fast growing, international company, with opportunity for upward movement and career advancement. This is a hybrid opportunity, 1 days in office/4 day WFH, with 25-30% required travel.

The primary responsibilities for this role include

Promoting a safety first culture

Create and deliver HSE training, including new hire orientation

Assist in accident and incident investigation

Identify, create and implement new programs, policies and standards

Maintain departmental database and required reporting

Having a presence on sit with all locations within a given territory

Additional duties as needed

The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HSE related fields or specialized training/experience in HSE

Excellent communication skills

Valid driver license

Available on call 24 hours

Must be able to travel 25-40% either by car or plane

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
