LHH is a global leader in talent development and career transition, dedicated to helping organizations and individuals succeed. We are currently seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Paralegal to join our team in Naples, Florida.

Position Overview:

LHH is looking for a detail-oriented Trusts and Estates Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience supporting estate planning and trust administration. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys and clients by managing case documentation, conducting research, and ensuring smooth estate and trust administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and manage trusts and estates documentation including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal instruments

  • Assist attorneys in probate and trust administration procedures

  • Conduct legal research related to estate planning and trust matters

  • Communicate with clients, courts, and financial institutions to facilitate estate administration

  • Maintain detailed records and track deadlines to ensure compliance with legal requirements

  • Support attorneys in drafting correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in trusts and estates or probate law

  • Strong understanding of estate planning, trust administration, and probate processes

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with legal research tools and document management software

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Preferred:

  • Paralegal certification (e.g., NALA, NFPA) or equivalent training

  • Familiarity with Florida trusts and estates laws and court systems

  • Experience working in a law firm or estate planning practice

  • Hybrid work schedule
