Hybrid AR Team Lead in Nashville, Tennessee

Ready for Next? LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring for an experienced AR Team Lead in Nashville, TN! This is a hybrid role and the qualified candidate will have 3 years or more experience in accounts payable. There is also many opportunities for bonuses!

Responsibilities:

Weekly check runs.

Provide support to other employees, subcontractors, and clients as needed.

Complete credit applications on new vendor accounts.

Verify certificates of insurance are compliant and obtain corrections as needed.

Process and record A/P and A/R, maintain accounts, and cash requirements.

Coordinate and route invoices for proper approvals.

Fully understand accounting principles, job costing and reporting

Experience:

3 years or more of accounts payable experience

Compensation: $73,000 USD

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
