Litigation Paralegal in Nashville, Tennessee

LHH is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a great firm in Nashville, TN. Successful candidate will be motivated, highly organized, and detail orientated with exceptional oral and written communication skills. This position is full time and 100% onsite.

Duties, including but not limited to:

Open, close, and organize files

Review bills

Prepare various acknowledgement letters to client, insured and commission

Open, sort, route and organize all mail

Scan and drop appropriate documents into ProLaw (pleadings, Commission filings, clocked forms, etc.)

Coordinate IME’s and request medical records

Prepare settlement documents

Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

Associate in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certificate (Preferred)

Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
