LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered up with a very reputable Aerospace company on Long Island based in Lake Success, NY that is looking to hire on a Group Program Manager on a direct hire/permanent basis.

This position is offering a competitive base salary along with excellent health insurace, a 401k with a match and a pension plan! The health benefits are fulled covered by the company.

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for leading a team of Account Managers
  • Managing a few of their large accounts
  • Sales Growth and New Business Development
  • Day to Day Portal Activity which will include quoting, order prcessing, mectric reviews
  • Expediting and part escalation
  • Managing external relationships
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equalivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience working in the Aerospace industry
  • 5+ years of experience working in account mangement, project management, sales, or relationship management in the Aerospace industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work full time in person in the Lake Success location
