LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination, and will play a key role in ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily supply chain activities including procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, production, sales) to forecast demand and align supply chain strategies.
- Communicate with vendors and carriers to schedule deliveries and negotiate terms.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of supply chain software and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
- Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 8:30am-5:00pm
- Monday through Friday
- 100% in office
- Contract to Hire
Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
