Accounts Receivable Accountant, Temp to Perm, Hybrid NYC

Key Responsibilities:
Managing and processing accounts receivable transactions
Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
Preparing and sending invoices to clients
Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments
Generating financial reports and statements
Assisting with month-end closing activities
Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial records
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
Previous accounts receivable experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups)
Proficiency in accounting software
Excellent communication skills
$30-36/hr
Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
