LHH has an exciting opening for a Marketing Manager in NYC at a top revenue generating professional firm. You will support the Marketing Director in strategic selection and implementation of technology, communicating desired outcomes, and training and assisting stakeholders in goal achievement. Provides a competitive compensation package.

Objectives:

  • Drive the global digital marketing strategy of using technology for business growth through implementation and configuration of technology.
  • Be recognized as a subject matter expert and specialist in the company’s marketing technologies and their application, for the brand and business.
  • Function as an excellent project manager.
  • Concisely turn marketing goals into requirements for product enhancement.
  • Effectively manage projects and budgets, drive vendor/agency activities, and manage supplier relationships as needed.
  • Plan and implement paid search campaigns and market-place advertising initiatives.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining business needs and requirements in relation to the marketing discipline.
  • Provide business intelligence about current and prospective clients’ interests, recommended next best action, and digital engagement.
  • Enable a better understanding of company audiences.
  • Identify the ROI of marketing in capturing new leads and accelerating clients through the business customer journey.
  • Drive the efficiency of marketing activities.
  • Project manage the roll-out and adoption of new digital technologies and aspects of our digital transformation across the enterprise by planning for business impacts, internal communications and training.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to launch, maintain, troubleshoot, improve company marketing stack.
  • Continuously assess and improve the company’s marketing stack and objectives.
  • Provide strategic consultation to our content and digital marketing teams, and business stakeholders.
