A leading healthcare organization specializing in advanced cancer treatment through innovative therapies. This position reports to the CFO. Candidates will ideally have their CPA. Position is 3x/week in the city. Up to 210k.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements.

• Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to direct reports.

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.

• Utilize financial software (Dynamics 365) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the healthcare industry.

• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• CPA highly preferred
