Events Producer

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking am events producer with 7or more years of experience for a full time 3 month contract job at non profit organization that is hybrid in New York, NY. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop content and agenda for all events, working closely with our subject matter experts.
  • Create and maintain global events strategy and calendar, including internal events such as monthly all-staff meetings.
  • Lead all logistics, coordination, and scheduling of events, including participant recruitment with the support of the marketing team.
  • Be an exceptional project and budget manager, delivering high quality events in a cost effective way.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
  • Experience in international event planning preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce preferred.
  • Skills:

  • Extraordinarily detail-oriented.
  • Superior writing and verbal skills.
  • Effective people management skills.
  • Experience:

  • 7 years with a proven track record of successfully managing large and small events.
  • Employment Type: Contract 3 months

    Salary: $30.00-40.00 per hour
