Job Title: HRIS Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a technical subject matter expert (SME) and systems administrator for the UKG HRIS system. The ideal candidate will provide security, application, configuration, testing, and reporting support, ensuring data integrity and offering end-user assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for the HRIS system.
Serve as the point of contact for designated UKG products.
Assist staff with maintaining data integrity, report writing, and testing configuration changes.
Support users in creating data views and reports, focusing on HR metrics, payroll, benefits administration, learning, talent management, and organizational performance.
Configure and maintain business structures, data views, control center, timekeeping, user access, pay rules, scheduling, absence management, and accruals.
Train staff to use the UKG platform efficiently and resolve user queries.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system, integration, and interface issues.
Recommend system design and configuration changes.
Participate in HR and payroll projects involving product implementations, new functionality, and process improvement.
Analyze reporting needs and develop Business Intelligence reports within UKG.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
Knowledge of UKG Payroll and Benefits is a plus.
Understanding of integration between UKG and other HRIS & Business applications.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT, or related field.
6+ years of HRIS systems administration experience, preferably with UKG and its related modules.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
