LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator a contract-to-hire opportunity in New York City. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience supporting an HR team, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide specialized HR support to the department

Coordinate full cycle recruitment process

Manage onboarding/offboarding process

Manage relationships with agencies for temporary placements

Assist with special projects and reports as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 1 year of HR administrative experience

Strong customer service orientation

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract to hire
