My client, a leading charter school system in NYC, is looking for individuals to help them on their mission to completely defy what's become the "standard" for education.

This is a leadership position for a three-year salaried program with progressive, hands-on training and coaching for a school leader career. (Currently our client is only considering candidates that do NOT have any background in education.)

You are or have:

a proven trail-blazer

an outstanding academic record

4-8 years' experience demonstrating leadership, people management, and mentorship

the "best in class" in a previous environment

you have an extraordinary bar for excellence

you love to innovate to promote positive progress

you have a fire in the belly to truly transform those around you

experience in a start-up, high-performing organization with established/sophisticated people management practices

Benefits for Position:

Salaries for each phase range from $100k-$130K, plus performance bonuses!
