Are you a Recruiter that wants to get their foot in the door at a growing company? If so, I am looking to fill a Recruiter role for my Commercial Banking client located right next to Grand Central! This role is hybrid, 4x a week in office, 1 day remote. The salary range is 120K-150K with an annual bonus.


Please see highlights of this role below:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include but not be limited to: creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the Bank’s talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, collaborating with and advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.
  • Candidate management – develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to managing negotiations from pre-qualifying to close.
  • Source stellar candidates- look beyond direct application and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify talent in the market.
  • Manage a high volume of job requisitions simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, while delivering high caliber talent in a timely manner. Build and foster collaborative relationships internally to fully understand the business and unique talent needs.
  • Ensure HR Director, Assistant Director and hiring managers are regularly updated on the status of requisitions with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Create and maintain KPI’s and provide a high level of data integrity within reporting.
  • Manage the onboarding of vendor relationships with our recruitment partners. Manage internal job posting communications with employees and managers in a timely manner.
