Accounts Payable Specialist

Direct Hire / Perm Accounts Payable job available! Work in a fast paced office with a results-driven, friendly team! The pay range is $42-55K, depending on education and experience!

Duties:

Code and enter invoices

Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with vendors

Reconcile monthly statements

Determine if sales tax has been properly charged, or if use tax is to be accrued

W-9's

Meet monthly deadlines

Qualifications:

3+ years of recent and related experience

Knowledge of Excel and Outlook

Strong analytical skills

Must be dependable and organized
