LHH is working with a prestigious educational organization in North Brunswick, NJ that is looking to hire a temporary Admissions Assistant to work from August 2022 to January 2023 for their busy season. This job will be IN OFFICE in North Brunswick. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5PM with a half hour lunch.

Tasks Include:

  • Reviewing applications received from potential students
  • Ensuring all information needed is included in the application before being sent for review
  • Reaching out to applicants to retrieve missing information or clarify application information
  • Marking the completed applications and sending to the appropriate department
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Go getter personality with a keen eye for detail and strong organization skills in order to process applications thoroughly
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills/experience
  • Salesforce database experience a plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
