Account Management in Northbrook, Illinois

We are working on an Account Management role in Northbrook, IL. In this position you will be responsible for processing customer orders, helping customers with product information, and supporting the sales team with quotes.

The perfect person for this role will have at least 2 years of account management/order entry experience and be familiar with an erp system.

Responsibilities:

Processing incoming customer purchase orders

Handling customer issues and questions

Supporting the sales team with quotes

Tracking and tracing customer shipments

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of relevant experience

Strong communication

ERP experience
