Talent Acquisition Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a company in the Novi, MI area. This role will support full cycle recruitment focusing on positions in Engineering and Technology. If you have 2-3 years of full cycle recruitment experience and are looking to grow as a professional, this could be an excellent growth opportunity for you!

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: Dependant on expirence, starting at $22

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates from various job boards, social sites, and more
  • Assist with screening and interviewing candidates for open positions
  • Work with hiring managers of each department to understand open positions
  • Present offers to candidates including negotiations
  • Assist with onboarding, including managing paperwork, background checks, I9s, references, and more
  • Write and post open job descriptions on various job boards
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • 2-3 year of full cycle recruitment experience required
  • Expirence recruiting in technology and engineering preffered
  • College in HR or Business preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
