LHH is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Oak Brook, Illinois. This is a full-time position. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for full scope accounts payable tasks. Our ideal candidate will an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or have similar work experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciles expenses
  • Assist with reports
  • Accurately and timely enter invoices
  • Research any discrepancy in invoices and follow up as needed
  • Assist with the ledger
  • Assist with sales tax process
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
