Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Oak Brook, Illinois. This is a full-time position. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for full scope accounts payable tasks. Our ideal candidate will an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or have similar work experience.

Responsibilities:

Reconciles expenses

Assist with reports

Accurately and timely enter invoices

Research any discrepancy in invoices and follow up as needed

Assist with the ledger

Assist with sales tax process

Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong attention to detail
