Job Details:

  • Contract
  • $17-$20/ hourly
  • Oak Park, IL
  • Onsite
  • 8:30am- 5:00pm
  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of administrative / customer support experience in an office setting
  • The ability to deal with irate and displeased customers
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite & ability to operate basic office equipment and maintain an organized workspace
  • JOB DUTIES:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries and complaints related to ordinance issues such as parking citations
  • Pulling files and public records for residents and other usage
  • Creating new correspondence for public issue and handling office tasks as needed
