Contract

$17-$20/ hourly

Oak Park, IL

Onsite

8:30am- 5:00pm

REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years of administrative / customer support experience in an office setting

The ability to deal with irate and displeased customers

Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite & ability to operate basic office equipment and maintain an organized workspace

JOB DUTIES:

Assisting customers with inquiries and complaints related to ordinance issues such as parking citations

Pulling files and public records for residents and other usage

Creating new correspondence for public issue and handling office tasks as needed
