Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Oakland, CA (All work in office daily)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our LHH Recruitment Solutions client’s team in Oakland, CA . The ideal candidate will have experience in full cycle accounts payable, including processing accounts payable, performing check runs, and reconciling AP aging. Responsibilities also include setting up new vendors, conducting three-way matches, and working with purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Perform check runs and ensure timely payments.

• Reconcile AP aging and resolve discrepancies.

• Conduct three-way matches for purchase orders.

• Set up new vendors and maintain vendor records.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Oracle or SAP (preferred) and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay at $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
