LHH is looking for a Jr. IT Help Desk person for our client on-ste in Oakland, CA.
Please apply if you:
- 2-5 years of Help Desk experience – (troubleshooting with customers, supporting the Director of IT, doing software and hardware updates)
- Customer Service oriented personality - patient, calm, friendly
- Huge plus if they are interested in working at a mission driven company
- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
- Must be vaccinated for COVID19
- Must be ok w/ an on-site role in Oakland, CA (option of working remote 1 day a week) + ok w/ some occasional after hours and weekends to work on servers or software updates)
Pay range: Between $25 an hour to $28.84 an hour based on experience - if you require a little bit more please still apply and reach out.
