LHH is partnering with a developer in Oakland, CA that’s looking for their next Leasing Agent! They currently have over 200 units across 3 different properties. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing apartments to potential residents while encouraging renewals. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills & the ambition to grow with our company long-term!

Responsibilities:

Support the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by performing all sales and leasing activities

Conduct apartment tours

Follow-up on leads

Promote positive online reviews and maintain a great reputation

Review and process applications

Prepare leases and move-in packages

Collect deposits, rent, and other funds associated with leasing

Assist the Property Manager with any other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in property management

Prior experience with lease up & new construction (preferred, not required)

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
