LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiter to lead a successful company based in Ocoee, FL

Responsibilities

• Find industrial talent nationwide

• Execute the full life-cycle recruiting process (posting jobs, sourcing, phone screening, etc)

• Operate in high volume recruiting

• Prepare new employee orientation and onboarding

• Collaborate with HR team and support organization activities and events

Experience

• Associates Degree preferred

• At least 4 years of staffing experience

• Success in working in the construction/industrial industry

Skills

• Bilingual Spanish and English required

• Advanced skills with MS Tools

• Ability to learn HRIS resources

• Content-knowledge regarding employment law, policies, and procedures

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills

Work Type

• Full Time, Direct Hire

• Hybrid schedule (onsite and remote)

• Compensation: $55-60k/year
