Salary: $15 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Perform office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, meeting preparation and taking minutes, and ordering supplies
  • Greet and welcome guests and clients
  • Answer questions and route calls from guests and clients
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Schedule guests and clients to meet with appropriate staff members
  • You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Microsoft Outlook calendar
  • A willingness to learn and perform a variety of functions while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
