Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) is partnering with a leading, established company to fill their open Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (focus on payables) role in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a TEMP to HIRE opportunity where you will earn $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending on your level of previous experience. During the temporary period, you will be eligible for LHH’s benefits program (details below). When you become a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package. 100% onsite opportunity, working hours are from 7a.m.– 4p.m. M-F.

Responsibilities:

· Data Entry

· Auditing

· Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks & Excel

· Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions

· Matching transactions

Qualifications:

· 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role

· Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles

· Quick Books experience (Desktop & Online)

· Epicor experience preferred

· Excellent attention to detail

· Exceptional organizational skills
