LHH is seeking a Director of Human Resource for our stable, growing client in Oklahoma City, OK. This role will oversee multi-site HR operations in the United States. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and will act as a strategic partner for leadership teams in IT and Finance.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the development and implementation of HR policies to meet organizational needs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

· Oversee the implementation and management of HR information systems to maintain accurate and timely record-keeping and reporting. Research, evaluate, and implement additional HR automation software solutions.

· Provide compensation expertise, working closely with management to address compensation concerns, manage internal equity, and offer guidance on compensation philosophies and practices.

· Build and nurture coaching and mentoring relationships with site HR leaders and teams, fostering development through joint coaching plans and facilitating impactful learning opportunities.

· Lead and partner in various HR functions including employee relations, change management, recruitment, retention, employee engagement, performance management, and career development.

· Facilitate regular meetings with site HR teams to exchange information, address issues, and provide ongoing support and problem resolution.

· Analyze turnover trends, hiring practices, promotions, separations, and grievances to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

· Ensure effective communication of HR policies, practices, programs, and changes to leadership and employees.

· Implement change management plans in a fast-paced, growing environment, driving continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.

· Support talent succession planning by identifying key talent and implementing development plans to build bench strength.

· Minimum travel expected

Education and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, manufacturing environment preferred.

· At least 3 years of experience leading HR teams.

· Experience working with HRIS systems such as SAP, Oracle, ADP Vantage, or similar.

· Demonstrated experience in managing diverse payroll environments and benefits programs.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and make business recommendations.

· Proven track record of managing HR programs and successfully rolling out corporate HR initiatives.

· Ability to implement change, create policies, and drive lean initiatives to improve business performance.

· Strong partnership-building skills with HR and leadership teams at all levels.

· Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a results-driven mindset.

· Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean Principles.

· Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and navigating complex situations.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations.

· Business acumen or the ability to quickly understand business operations.
