LHH is looking for a Junior Recruiter with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information to join a corporate retail organization. This role will work as part of a recruiting team to identify talent across a variety of levels and functions. Ideal candidate will be prepared to learn and support the HR department and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain applicant tracking system.

• Attend job fairs and update online job boards.

• Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

• Screen and interview applicants using behavioral-based guidelines.

• Process and review employment applications.

• Assist with new hire orientation and maintain HR files.

• Prepare job postings and provide administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in HR duties or equivalent education.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Positive attitude and knowledge of employment and safety procedures.
