Employment Type: Contract/Temp, Remote/Hybrid/Onsite

Salary: $14-$19.50 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Answer questions and direct calls from guests and clients
  • Transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Provide administrative support to staff
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Arrange scheduling for new clients to meet with appropriate staff
  • You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and various forms of communication (email, phone, faxes)
  • A desire to connect with people from all walks of life
  • Ability to learn and perform a variety of functions while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
