The VP of HR will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our client's business goals. This role involves overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Lead recruiting and retention efforts and employee engagement.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
Provide strategic guidance on organizational development and change management.
Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
Proven experience as an HR executive or senior HR leader.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive strategic HR initiatives and manage complex projects.
