Scheduler - Appointment Setter for Pickups and Deliveries
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Ontario, CA
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Scheduler to join our team. This critical role involves setting appointments for pickups and deliveries, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, dispatch, and scheduling, and must be committed to being present every day on time without leaving early.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments for pickups and deliveries.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
Dispatch drivers and coordinate logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records and manage schedules efficiently.
Resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, dispatch, and scheduling.
Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to being present every day.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
