Do you take pride in providing excellent customer service and are available for a temporary assignment in Orangeburg, SC? LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team for a 3 month contract role with the potential to extend. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations by providing excellent customer service via phone and email, and by handling various administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to VA calls and emails promptly and professionally.


  • Manage and process incoming 1090s and Purchase Orders received from the VA via email.


  • Review and distribute documents to the appropriate clinic or department.


  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.


  • Support general office administration as needed.


Requirements:



  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle phone and email inquiries effectively.


  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and distributing documents.


  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.


  • Availability to work from October or November 2023 through June 1, 2024.


Additional Information:



  • The position is temporary, with the potential for the role or a similar position to become permanent, though this is not guaranteed.
