Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time,)
Location: Onsite in Oregon City, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Part-Time, 20 hours per week
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $19 - $22 per hour
About the Role:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our client's team with both general administrative duties and basic bookkeeping tasks. This is an onsite, part-time position based in Oregon City, ideal for someone looking to grow into a long-term role. Our client is a leader in their field, known for providing outstanding work with a knack for strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and office organization
Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping
Support internal communications and document preparation
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
Provide ad hoc support to team members and leadership
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus
Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
