Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time,)
Location: Onsite in Oregon City, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Part-Time, 20 hours per week
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $19 - $22 per hour

About the Role:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our client's team with both general administrative duties and basic bookkeeping tasks. This is an onsite, part-time position based in Oregon City, ideal for someone looking to grow into a long-term role. Our client is a leader in their field, known for providing outstanding work with a knack for strong customer service.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and office organization

  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping

  • Support internal communications and document preparation

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed

  • Provide ad hoc support to team members and leadership



Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus



Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
