LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Benefits Coordinator for an organization who is seeking assistance with Open Enrollment in Orlando, FL. This is a TEMPORARY job that will last from 3-6 months. Starting rate will be at 20.00 dollars an hour but can go higher based on experience. Please take a look at the responsibilities below and if you match the qualifications, please apply! ??

Responsibilities:

  • Back-up for I-9 processing and audits as needed.
  • Act as a back-up to the HR front desk when needed.
  • Keep up-to-date Benefits records by scanning or filing documents in their corresponding location on a timely basis.
  • Process invoices by reviewing invoices for accuracy, reconciling discrepancies, preparing payment authorization documents according to established procedure, and forwarding approved invoices to Accounts Payable for payment.
  • Present Benefits information at New Team Member Orientations and assists with benefits enrollment.
  • Assist with the Open Enrollment process.
  • Constantly monitor personal mailbox, HR Benefits mailbox and voice messages and responds to inquiries within 1 business day.
  • Process tuition reimbursement requests.
  • Assist in reviewing retirement plan monthly reports
  • Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of HR experience
  • Have an excellent phone/email/in person presence
  • Desire to learn/ Quick Learner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic to Intermediate Excel/ Word
  • Types 40+ WPM
  • Familiar with office setting/ office equipment
  • Compensation: Hourly rate is $20.00 or more depending on experience.
