Collections Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Collections Specialist position open with our fast growing client in Orlando, FL. This is a remote, contract to hire role. Candidate must be based out of Florida. Eligible for bonus program upon going perm!

Responsibilities

Handle high volume outbound B2B collection calls and emails

Process credit card and electronic check payments via phone

Enter updated client information in system

Email statements/invoices to clients

Experience

Minimum of two years of accounts receivable and high volume collection experience required (B2B collections preferred however consumer collections is acceptable)

Education

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting highly preferred

Knowledge/Skills

Strong attention to detail

Effective verbal and written communication and organizational skills

Professional phone demeanor

Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred

Work Hours/Pay Rate

Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week

$19-20/hr.
