Commercial Litigation Paralegal

You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, notices, pleadings, discovery shell documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc.; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; preparing hearing, meeting, and deposition binders as well as witness and exhibit lists.The ideal candidate will be a real team player, with a proactive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications:

3+ years of solid litigation paralegal experience

Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
