Legal Assistant – Commercial Real Estate | Onsite in Orlando, FL
A well-established Florida-based law office is actively seeking a skilled Legal Assistant with a background in commercial real estate or transactional corporate law to join their Orlando team. This is a fully onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys
Draft, revise, and manage real estate documents (e.g., leases, purchase agreements, closing statements)
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle billing and expense tracking
Assist with closing packages and post-closing documentation
Prepare permit applications and maintain compliance records
Organize and maintain both physical and digital legal files
What You Bring:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in commercial real estate or a similar transactional practice
Strong command of Microsoft Office and PDF tools; familiarity with legal document management systems is a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
Florida Notary is a bonus
Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Orlando, FL (100% onsite)
