Job Title: Family Law Associate

About the Role:

A well-established law firm is seeking a Family Law Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Orlando office. This role focuses on guiding clients through high-asset and complex family law matters, including dissolution of marriage cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in high-stakes family law matters

• Prepare and argue motions in court

• Handle discovery and conduct depositions

• Attend mediations and negotiate settlements

• Calculate child support and perform legal research

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of family law experience

• Strong litigation and client management skills

• Ability to handle complex financial and custody issues

Compensation & Expectations:

• 💼 Billable Hour Requirement: 1,950 hours/year

• 💰 Salary Range: Low to Mid $100Ks (commensurate with experience)

• 📈 Bonus and benefits package available
