You will have:

3+ years experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or Assistant

3+ years experience administering Human Resources paperwork and Benefits administration

3+years experience assisting with payroll and timesheet adjustments

You will:

Facilitate New Hire Orientation and the Onboarding process

Assist with payroll and timesheet adjustments

Administer Human Resources paperwork, (e.g., background checks, drug screens)

Assist the hiring managers with employee pre-screens and interview scheduling

Facilitate the Safety Committee and maintain OSHA Log for compliance

Qualifications:

Associates Degree or Bachelors degree preferred

Experience with MS Office and ADP

Experience with Workday (Intermediate to Advanced knowledge)

Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information

Salary: 45-55K
