LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Human Resources Generalist position open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, contract to hire role. Great benefits once perm!


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the recruitment process (posting jobs, sourcing/interviewing candidates, reference/background checks, job offers, attending job fairs, etc.)
  • Handles onboarding of new hires and conducts new hire orientation
  • Ensures employee records are updated in HR database
  • Arranges HR meetings, interviews, trainings, and office functions
  • Prepares various HR reports
  • Processes all employee leave of absence requests

  • Experience

  • Minimum one year of experience as an HR Coordinator/Assistant/Administrator required (will also consider an HR internship)

  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline required

  • Knowledge/Skills

  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Prior HRIS experience required (Paycor strongly desired)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal/written communication and organizational skills are essential

  • Work Hours/Pay Rate

  • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
  • $18-19.50/hr.
