Are you a bright, entry-level legal assistant interested in a contract-to-hire role (30 hrs a week) in Orlando, FL? We especially want to hear from those with anybackground in a law firm environment! You will be largely responsible for gathering and preparing documentation. You will also be responsible for receptionist duties, answering phones, collecting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments and other calendar management tasks, maintaining and ordering office supplies, copy/scanning jobs, coordinating overnight deliveries, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1 -2+ year(s) of relevant reception and administrative experience; previous experience in a legal environment is a big plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Highly professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills
