LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Operations Coordinator for a huge organization that acts as a vendor for several construction companies. This position is located in ORLANDO, FL and is 100% ONSITE. This position will be Contract to Hire role, with a strong chance for permanent after 3-6 months of working with them. Compensation will be between $20-27 based on experience and is a full-time schedule. Please take a look at the responsibilities and qualifications below and apply if you are interested! ??

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with Vendors and Builders and maintain precise log of all communication.
  • Maintain accurate lot listings for a community & monitor the production schedule of each property.
  • Request and obtain required building permits and plan from builders.
  • Keep complete and accurate master sets of all home blueprints and floorplan layouts.
  • Provide administrative support for the supervisors
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
  • Preparation of Takeoffs
  • Data Entry through excel and construction software
  • Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service/administrative experience
  • Computer Skills (Excel), Outlook
  • Multi-Tasker
  • Self-Motivator
  • Detailed Oriented
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints (preferred)
  • Construction experience a plus
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
