Accounts Payable

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist in Overland Park, KS looking for a new opportunity? The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and high attention to detail as well as being able to follow instructions and completing daily tasks with a high level of accuracy. Hours and Worksite Type

Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm

Location: On-site/hybrid

Responsibilities

Manage, post, and process invoices for accounts payable records

Reviewing and entering vendor invoices for payment approval

3-way matching; filing and checking purchase orders

Keep records for the organization

Supporting controller and other team members

Experience and Qualifications

2+ years processing full-cycle AP

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)

Exceptional written and verbal communication

Demonstrates ability to work well with others

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Microsoft office

Pay Rate

Salary starting at $40,000
