Seasonal Tax and Accounting Associate in Overland Park, Kansas

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking seasonal Tax and Accounting Associates to start in January or early February for the 2023 tax season for our client in Overland Park. If you're passionate about tax analysis and services, people-oriented, results-driven, and eager to excel in this upcoming tax season, please apply! Hours will be Monday-Friday with overtime as necessary and on-site.

Responsibilities:

Preparing financial statements, individual as well as state and federal tax returns

Ensuring tax filings are in compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

Review and manage accurate financial records

Assisting accountants with other tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

CPA preferred but not required

Skills:

Strong communication skills

Motivated and committed to success

QuickBooks and Microsoft Office intermediate proficiency
