Job Title: Dealership Warranty Cancellations Specialist (Temp-to-Perm)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Cancellations Specialist to join our team at a busy automotive dealership. This is a 100% onsite position with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership warranty cancellations and billing, with a proven ability to manage high volumes of data accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process warranty cancellations in accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
• Review and verify warranty contracts for accuracy and completeness
• Submit and track cancellation requests with third-party administrators and manufacturers
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate billing adjustments
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to warranty and billing as needed

Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in dealership warranty cancellations and billing
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and F&I processes
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
